How can I pay Ediqo?

We currently accept payments by credit card, Alipay and bank transfer. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments by bank transfer will delay document delivery by a few days, as we start editing documents once the payment is deposited in our bank account. All payments by credit card are securely processed through the Stripe payment system.

What happens after I order?

After you have uploaded your manuscript onto our system, you will receive an order confirmation, as well as an invoice and receipt by email. Once you have paid the invoice, our editors will start working on your document. During that time you can use our integrated communication tool to chat with our editiors. After the editing is finished, you will be able to download the edited document, ready for submission, in your personal Ediqo members area.

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes we do. All our editors have year-long experience in academic publishing, and we are very proud of the quality of our service. If for any reason your paper is being rejected becuase of language issue, we will happily reedit your paper for free or refund you the money.

Is my manuscript secure with Ediqo?

Will I get a certificate that attests that the document has been edited?

Yes, after completion of the editing service, you can download a certificate for each document that was edited by Ediqo. Certificates can be used when submitting your manuscript to the journal of your choice.
